The Captain's House

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and there was a really thoughtful little welcome tray for our arrival which we really appreciated.

Excellent Continental breakfast, although breakfast was included there was an extra charge if you wanted a full English. The communication from Kathryn was exceptional throughout.

Air con would have been nice. Perhaps something for the future.

Location and clean room

Unfortunately the alarm sounded throughout breakfast and the person there didn't know how to sort...a very unpleasant experience.

Keine Zimmerübergabe, aufgrund des ständigen ausgelösten Feueralarms konnte man nicht schlafen und war mehr auf der Strasse. Nachbarn kamen irgendwann die Alarmanlage auszustellen, die Inhaberin hat man nicht kennengekernt.Zusätzlich lief die gesamte Abwasserkanalisation die sehr laut war am Zimmer lang.

Location was great on a side road as you enter Looe. Private on site parking was great as parking in Looe is not always easy. We were able to leave the car and walk everywhere. Property was very clean and the room had some much appreciated added extras. Complimentary continental breakfast was much appreciated. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Nothing to comment here as everything was great.
