ITLa posizione comoda per spostarci in città e la vicinanza alla spiaggia di Malvarrosa e negozi di prima necessità
La casa non è proprio perfetta: Per raggiungerla, essendo al 1°piano, la scala molto ripida. Il primo locale che ti accoglie, cucina aperta sul soggiorno, ha il pavimento macchiato che da l'impressione di sporcizia e di cui alcune parti sono sconnesse. Il bagno di cortesia con odori di fogna alquanto fastidiosi. Le camere strette senza armadi rispetto ai canoni italiani e la matrimoniale ha un affaccio che demoralizza...su un vuoto di dimensioni 2x2 mt di mattoni grigi con i vari scarichi che scendono e rendono l'aria stantia, senza contare dei "simpatici" topolini che li percorrono in su ed in giù.... Speravamo in qualcosa di meglio!!!
DEDie Lage ist genial- 200 m zu Fuß zum tollen Strand, Straßenbahn quasi vor der Haustüre . 50 m?Zwei Schlafzimmer wenn auch klein - wie beschrieben ( Rollos zum Abdunkeln!)Westbalkon -zwar passt wegen der Klimaanlage nur ein Stuhl raus, aber wir saßen dann bei geöffneter Türe bis Sonnenuntergang in der Sonne. Superschneller Kontakt zum Gastgeber und auch früher Check in war möglich .Kein großer Luxus, aber alles was man braucht und sauber. Kommen wieder wenn die Wohnung frei ist
Wenig Handtücher und Geschirrtücher. Gewürze und Öl wären toll (Kennen wir aus anderen Wohnungen) Treppe zur Wohnung sehr schmal und man muss Kopf einziehen um Verletzungen zu vermeiden . Die Waschmaschine ist für das kleine Gäste- WC zu groß.. wir sind schlank ..
