The last time we visited the place we had a good experience. Based on which we suggested our friends to stay here. But it was a complete disaster from the time of check in. Proper rooms were not alloted. And the alloted rooms weren't clean. There were ants all over the place. Walls had moulds. Bathroom door broken. Sewage water was coming out of drain whenever the sink was used and there was sewage smell. House keeping not done regularly. No bedsheets changed, No fresh towels were given. Cleaning had to be requested everyday. The sewage water from bathroom was informed to them but they just kept saying plumber will come in the morning please don't use the sink and adjust for tye night. We adjusted through this the entire stay. Worst experience ever. Everytime we asked them for anything the answer would by No. Even complementary water bottles were not given, which was supposed to be given even before asking. Overall disappointment.

Location was good wth close access to the Auroville Beach (dirty and being encroached by the local fishermen's huts, pity some individuals use this beach as their toilet facilities. Disappointing, Pondicherry Govt must do something about it.

This is the 'Fawlty Towers' of Pondicherry. Management was incompetent & inept. Manager not available to check us in at 1pm, I had to fill in the Register, cleaning lady showed us to the room. Manager repeatedly demanded I produce evidence that I paid 95% for the room. Had to show the Manager (Xavier) his WhatsApp confirmation. Lifts don't exist/work the only toilet in the world where you can take a crap and have a shower at the same time and smelly. Disappointing.
