Place was very clean and had washing and cooking facilities for us.

Location was convenient but not the best area.

I could watch Netflix , they had a washing machine although I did not use it The cleaner was a nice Woman when they turned up once i had arrived. nothing more i can say really. it was a renovated 2 up 2 down on a council estate.

when I arrived i thought i was in the wrong place , it was not as the pictures in the advert dictated. It was in the middle of a council estate. It took me more than 40 minutes to gain access as no one answered the phone, there own apps did not work to prove who i was, they wanted id, and a bond and yet when i did gained entrance things were falling apart inside, the freezer still had food in it and "popped" beer bottles in the top try, which im then thinking i would get the blame for. The heating did not work because they had the boiler turned off , i had to turn this on and alter to gain any heat or hot water in the house and reported it to them for only having less than 0.5 bar pressure. The grass was over grown, the drive was falling to pieces and had high raised edging in the middle of the drive. the back garden was like a building site and over grown with high grass and weeds from the drains to about 1 m high. flags lying around, old paint tubs just left there. no where to sit outside , and nothing to sit on. they take your money with no refunds then you discover where it is and the state of it and are trapped. The cleaners had not even been before they resold the space, they turned up at nearly 9 pm at night. and finally to say this is perfect for contractors is a smack in the mouth to all contractors and you myust not think highly of these people if you assume they are prepared to live like that and you call it perfect.
