A very well equipped property in a beautiful location. with lovely friendly owners. Perfect for our short walking break.

Everything, it was spotlessly clean , bed comfortable, host were totally amazing

Lynda and Steve have thought of everything! Excellent independent accommodation and friendly hosts. Super location for the lovely hike to Tarr Steps, other hikes or just strolling around Withypool and that scenic area of Exmoor.

This little apartment was so beautiful! Situated in the garden of a home, it's updated to a high, tasteful standard, with new everything! The owners had fresh artisan bread and diet-restriction-friendly options for our breakfast waiting for us, with jams and butters and milks and juices. Toaster, microwave, fridge, sink, all were in great working order and made for a lovely breakfast for us before we started out again on our walk. There is a pub a few steps outside the door, but there was no noise at all from it in the evening. The windows overlook the churchyard behind the cottage, the owners graciously shared their clothesline with me so I could dry my hiking clothes, and their dogs are lovely! A truly luxurious spot on the Two Moors Way!

If I HAD to make a complaint, it could be that the location doesn't many choices for dining. but honestly, if you are on a walking trip, that's not a big deal, and if you had a car, there's several villages just a short drive away.
