Quiet surrounding.

Arrogant landlord behaviour. Keeps on repeating this is my property with iron fist. If you cant be polite then do not engage in hospitality. The owner insisted on scanning my passport, very risky demand..at individual level especially with current online scams where people could impersonate you. Please do not accept scanning your passport -this is simply because you are exposing yourself to scammers. I spent more than 2 hours making sense about the risk involved on dark web. The landlord claims to be a lawyer but shows no understanding of the risks his scanning policy is making me vulnerable. HIs own laws,policies and regulations, which transcend any reasoning. My advice for those looking for policy arguments, long hours via telephone dispute settlement via customer service -. You have no legal right to make scan of my identity. Please explain your jurisdiction. After doing all this the owner is worried on reviews and ratings. He said that he was scared that if he checks me in , i will rate him poorly. So, you know very well that you perform poorly. Why dont you be honest, open yourself for improvement and listen. Remember.. Feedback is gold.

Behaviour of host that was not welcoming although he knew nothing about hospitality management but was un aware of ethics how greet incoming person. Waited on main door in confusion beause he didnt confirmed any thing when we called him Poor drainage of washroom Broken cupboards Non functional doorlock Tea Pots were not used for decades
