L'appartement est tres bien équipé et très propre. Notre hôte nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaire pour l'accès et était toujours disponible si besoin. Endroit très calme et à 15min a pied du centre.

Location was perfect - 10 minute walk to city centre and supermarkets nearby. Host was superb - great restaurant recommendations and apartment had everything we needed. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying in Olbia. Thank you again Fabio!

Loved the location. Fabio was so helpful and replied to any questions rapidly! The apartment had everything we needed, even a picnic bag! We especially liked that there was secure parking for our rental car and airport transfer there and back with the friendliest driver.

It was pretty perfect so no major things. The only thing that could be improved would be a better wine cork screw (for trying bottles of infamous sardinian wine from the supermarket!). The one in the kitchen was a challenge to use (but maybe that was just our poor technique)

The bed was super comfortable and the air con was a blessing in the hot weather. Wifi worked great as well, and it was good to have Netflix and many others for the evenings. Kitchen was fully equipped and bathroom had everything we needed. Plus area is quiet.

I liked the apartment very much. It was very clean and I found everything in it. You will never need anything in it. Fabio is a very wonderful person. I was very happy because I spent my vacation in this house.

The apartment was really perfect with a nice terrace, tastefully furnished and very good equipped - for example a big kitchen with even a dishwasher, and all things you might need for breakfast (bread, coffee, milk, yoghurt, cakes etc.. even eggs!). Fabio was a great host, explained everything and was always to reach when we had questions. We could park our E-car in the court and charge for free, and it took only a few minutes to walk to the town centre. Summarized - we felt very welcome and had a perfect stay, and we can only recommend this place!

Fabio was a kind and considerate host. His family members we met we also very helpful with tips and advice. Location was a small but away from the coast, but ideal for a car with secure parking. Apartment was very clean and modernised with everything we wanted. Little details like having food there for us when we arrived and Netflix ready to watch made us feel at home

A little bit out, but then again we were away from the noise and hustle.
