La struttura in se andava bene, posizione ottima , vicinissimo al ingresso delle terme.

La polizia era insufficiente, raniatele ovunque, sotto i letto un dito di polvere. Sotto la vasca di bagno usciva acqua.

Nikjer ni bilo za najti metle in smetišnice,če so otroci se hitro nabere raznih drobtin,ki jih je treba redno počistiti. Notranja vrata so se slabo zaklepala.

Zwembadencomplex.

Niet heel netjes (algemeen), vuile diepvries, hoekjes in de woning waren niet netjes (veel spinnenwebben), weinig kookmogelijkheden (geen vaat, oven of microgolf), zeer kleine kamers en bedden.
