For us the location was great it’s a great base if you have a car for the areas of Sirolo,Conerò,Numan and Porto Novo parking is on street and safe it doesn’t have a full kitchen and more akin to a beautiful hotel room absolutley clean comfortable and the hosts exceptional we would definitely be coming back

Nothing not to like it was great place

Very nice, renovated apartment house. Appreciated the balcony, also a small fridge. Within walking distance of the hiking trails around Mt Conero. The owner Gianluca communicated promptly via WhatsApp.

The apartment house is located on a hill. A car is needed to move around. Right behind the house (50m walk upon the hill) you have a wonderful view at Sirolo and Numana. There are also some restaurants around that can be reached by foot. The house itself was very clean, nicely furnished and staffed with a coffee machine, cooking place (one pot),… Well, we haven’t missed any comfort. Gianluca, the housekeeper, was very friendly and took care of us at very first contact. Thanks a lot. We appreciated our stay and we will come back :)

Comfortable room in quiet location but only a few minutes drive from the centre of Sirolo. The shuttle to the beach with hire of umbrella and sunbeds from da Silvio was excellent

We stayed in the room without a kitchen and it wasn’t easy to make breakfast. Recommend staying in the room with the kitchen or going to Rosso Conero up the road or in to town for breakfast

The room is very comfortable, newly renovated with a an excellent coffee machine, cute balcony with a nice view and all facilities (my favourite Ortigia soap in the shower 😍). The owners are great, have us plenty of recommendations and showed us the best hiking routes. We can only recommend and cannot wait to be back.
