Dos de Mayo Olehousing

I stayed for a week. I have mixed feeling, but in general I liked it. Especially the following: - location (very close to main attractions. Also it basically in the city centre, but the noise was not that bad). - equipment (coffee machine, washing machine, ironing set, smart TV with popular streaming services, fridge, microwave, induction) - terrace was nice, it is sun-protected so it is nice to sit there even in the mid-day when the heat is significant. It was quite private, I think there was no one at the adjacent apartment/terrace, so I could enjoy no disturbances - Air conditioning saves your life - bed upstairs was comfortable for me. I did not sleep on sofa downstairs, but it was okay for sitting

- apartment was cleaned up, but only on most visible surfaces. There was actually much dust in some visible places - not a big deal but it might irritate some people. Also, the pillows and tables on the terrace were not that clean. - there were some ants in the flat. I could see them in the bathroom, in the kitchenette, but also a couple upstairs. This is not acceptable, even if there were not that many... - there was no kettle, but I guess you can have hot water from coffee machine, so not a big issue - the airconditioning in the bedroom upstairs is directed towarss the bed, so not really pleasant if someone wants to use it during sleeping at night. But you can play a bit with it manually and adjust the airflow to a little extent. - elevator open directly in the apartment. It is a bit weird, but seems to be common in Spain. I was worried at first, but I think it is secure with a key and a code that is different for each apartment, so I think nobody except you can enter. But still might be a bit stressful if not used to it. There is also access through the staircase (emergency). - I think some renovations are needed in the flat, it could use a refresh, but I liked it anyway - these were missing, but could be useful: paper towels, vacuum cleaner, some spices (at least salt and pepper). - staircase - very narrow, small steps. Myself I did not mind that much, but it will be problematic for older people, or ones with disabilities.

Close to the city center

The apartment is in a very old and poorly maintained building. Additionally, there was significant dampness, which negatively affected our stay.

La terraza y el balcón, la luz que entraba y la mini cocina.

La escalera de caracol, hay que ir con cuidado de no darse golpes en la cabeza y no caerse al bajar y al subir. La habitación de arriba es de matrimonio pero es pequeña.

La limpieza no es su fuerte , mal olor de baño , toallas escasas para 5 días . Solo dos toallas grandes y dos pequeños

El alojamiento tiene una muy buena ubicación. Cercana al centro histórico de Sevilla, se puede llegar caminando a muchos lugares. El personal responsable fue amable.

El alojamiento tiene un ascensor que te lleva directamente a la planta sin embargo, cuando llegamos no funcionó por lo que tuvimos que subir por las escaleras. Nuestro equipaje era pequeño así que no fue un gran reto. Una vez dentro del alojamiento, la habitación se ubica en otra planta a la cual se debe acceder por una escalera de caracol, que es bastante estrecha y complica un poco el subir y bajar, teniendo en cuenta también que el baño se ubica en la planta de abajo. En resumen, es manejable si cuentas con equipaje pequeño aunque un poco incómodo subir y bajar por la escalera de caracol. A considerar si se cuenta con equipaje voluminoso.

Lo mejor es la ubicación céntrica y la buena comunicación con el anfitrión.

Espacio muy reducido. La escalera de caracol al dormitorio es muy estrecha e incómoda. Sofá cama sucio, mancha de sangre en la colcha y mal olor en el baño.Falta tazas para el cafe en la cocina.
