Studio apartment in the center of Riga

Convenient central location, impressive interior design, stunning bathroom, high ceilings, quality appliances, beautiful historic building lovingly restored to its original glory.

It was very hot and stuffy when we arrived. I understand the lack of AC, but when only one window in the apartment opens, it could be a good idea to equip it with a simple fan. It was so hot that the window had to be wide open at all times. This was not ideal since the street below is cobblestone and has a  tram line. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, and there is an elevator, but it looks like an original feature of the building, and it's claustrophobic and, frankly, a little scary. The garden across the street is truly beautiful, but be ready for an 8 o'clock wake-up by some guy with a power weed cutter.  Also what you don't see in the pictures is the fact that the place must have been a rental property for a while and it's slowly starting to show with wear and tear taking away from what would seem like a fancy boutique hotel style ambience.

Stunning apartment at a great location. It is very modern and surprisingly in real life it looks even better than in the pictures. Also clean and tidy and has all of the necessities. The host is very nice and responds fast. Definitely worth the price and is of the best of options for staying in central Riga.
