ITAppartamento comodo 3 minuti a piedi al bus per andare a Venezia . Dotato di parcheggio auto. Proprietario gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa . Con aria condizionata e tutto ciò che serve.

GBDavide was very helpful with the unit, parking and getting public transport to Venice. Had all the receipts ready for entrance taxes, etc. The place was secure, clean and wifi worked well along with the Netflix on the smart TV.
Sofa bed mattress too thin
DEDer Vermieter steht immer zur Verfügung und reagiert blitzschnell, egal was passiert. Die Waschmaschine war defekt, er hat am nächsten Tag die neue gekauft und installiert! Es gibt eine Klimaanlage, was unter 35 Grad draußen sehr angenehm ist. An jedem Fenster gibt es Mückennetz, das sehr nützlich ist, weil die Mücken in Italien sehr aggressiv sind. Der Supermarkt ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle ist auch nicht so weit. Von da aus fährt der Bus jede 10 Min.über das Zentrum von Mestre direkt nach Venedig, ca.25 Min.
Die Geräte in der Küche sind veraltet, wäre gut auch die neuen Töpfe, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher zu besorgen. Es gibt leider keinen Geschirrspüler.
PLPrzestronny salon z aneksem kuchennym oraz sypialnia. Bardzo blisko do dworca kolejowego, co umożliwiało szybkie dostanie się na wyspę.
Bliskość dworca miała też swój minus, słychać było pociągi i ich zapowiedzi.
PLApartament położony w ogrodzonym budynku. Dużym atutem jest prywatny, bezpieczny parking, z wyznaczonym miejscem parkingowym. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko przystanku autobusowego, stacji kolejowej i supermarketu. Apartament jest bardzo dobrze wyposażony, czysty. Bardzo miły i pomocny gospodarz. Świetne miejsce na kilkudniowe zwiedzanie Wenecji.

DEВсё было хорошо, хозяин очень приветливый и дружелюбный. В квартире есть всё для комфортного проживания. Очень удобный паркинг во дворе. До Венеции прямой автобус в 5 минутах ходьбы. Отличное соотношение цена/качество! Можем рекомендовать.
IEThe apartment was nice and clean, close to a bus stop and bus no 7 or 7E to Venice for €1.50 ticket which can be purchased in the Tabacco shop near the bus stop. David was very nice, he picked us up from the airport in his car for a small fee. The railway lines are very close by but u can not hear when the windows are properly shut.
The barrier on the train lines closes very often and u have to wait sometimes 10 minutes before the train pass and it opens. But it's not the real issue if ur on foot because u can cross the barrier even if it shuts and no train nearby (always watch when crossing).
ESThe apartment is perfectly located, just 15 min en bus from Venice. It is very clean, comfortable and quite big, great value for the price. The owner is very friendly and caring, he was there when we arrived, waiting for us to show the apartment and to give some pieces of advice. Highly recommended.
GBGreat place for long or short stays, Very clean, the kitchen really well equipped, fast internet, host very welcoming, got a free ride from the airport, definitely recommend the place and I would stay again if I had the chance,
