Spacious 2BR in Jazz Residences Makati

Very spacious close to amenities everything worked well the owner was very friendly and helpful

Needs more blankets for rooms . There are cockroaches and hallway always smells the lady at reception was not very helpful..

I hope they can put a clock and a full body mirror outside the rooms so it will make it even more comfy.

Aircon, Bed that I can be able to sleep but not enough. Aircon is too loud.

Rangehood is not working, Electric Stove old and rusty, I don't like use it, too long to wait to heat/to cook food. Shower head holder broken had to hold the shower head while showering, flood near washing machine, water coming out somewhere. Bathroom/Toilet not clean and smelly. I don't even use the iron there is stain or something burnt. The unit owner may not inspect & or maybe bother to check the unit. Curtain holder is not right size, aircon in next room too noisy. Old aircon box used. So much need to repair. Unit must be renovate & be repair.

The place was certainly spacious! Location was great for our needs, supermarket, bank and restos at the ground level, value for money. The hostess was very accommodating and replies to queries immediately. She graciously accommodated us for early check-in as our flight arrived early. I would highly recommend the place.

Location was great

The unit was spacious and clean and the wifi was super fast too. Location wise the unit is great and SM hypermarket is just on the ground floor. The unit owner was also responsive to inquiries.
