Complaining them that the bed was making me itchy but they told me there’s no customer have this issue, I was very disappointed that they don’t do anything about it and keep giving excuses.

Location. Cleanliness

Staircase going up not convenient for old people. It wasn't indicated nor did the picture show it was a shop lot. Toilet bowl can be a little cleaner though and no tissue or hand towel in kitchen but still ok overall
