ONLY the location. 50 meters from the beach and a bike ride away from the surf spots. You will find better property near this area.

The property is badly maintained. The toilet doesn't flush only bucket powered. No hot water shower, use the toilet bucket and water from the reserve. Leak from the roof when it rains. AC is useless Front door doesnt close. Loud neighbours every night. i was miserable the host says its out of their control and no efforts were made to come to a term.

Close by the sea shore with direct access. Calm and quite. Close to restaurants by walking distance. Staff was responsive when we had Wifi problems, but problems just kept piling on for us to keep contacting them…

They say it’s a « wildlife style » when electricity is laking and we must enjoy it, but this is completely unpleasant. Lack of flowing water in kitchen and bathroom for 75% of our stay (we rented 4 nights) had to chose between washing dishes or ourselves. Instructions for using shower were clear, but water was not flowing. Showered with uncleaned bucket of water, white residue in it… Cut myself on the foot because of a small shard of beer glass inside the room (we don’t drink)… Cockroach and lizard made their way inside the room, because there is cracks around the AC, door and window… Stay is affordable, but way too cheap!!!

Lovely beach house with all the amenities needed. The host Tin was great, very attentive! Had a fantastic stay at Top Sea Can. Would definitely return!!

Bit of building work to begin with but not too disruptive. Privacy could be a bit better, maybe some more shutters on left side of balcony. And drainage probably needs looking at. Stagnant water can be a bit smelly, have to run the shower for a while before use.
