MYMYThis place is more than just a room – it’s actually a cleverly designed studio apartment with three sections: a pantry, a living room with TV, and a sleeping area with two queen beds and a single bed. The layout and design are genius, making the space feel open, uncluttered, and very comfortable – it really gives a vacation vibe. There’s even a fridge tucked neatly under the sink (though I didn’t use it), which shows how thoughtfully everything is arranged. The beds are cozy, the lighting is superb with plenty of windows, and there’s even a balcony to enjoy. For ±RM200 with tax, the value is amazing – honestly better than the nearby new hotel charging ±RM650 per night.
During my stay, the water park was under maintenance, and there were some pigeons around the balcony and pool area, which caused a bit of smell. The shop lots in front are still empty, so the area feels a little quiet. Hopefully with more visitors, the hotel can step up maintenance, provide some coffee and tea in the pantry and especially, to solve the pigeon issue, and bring more life to the surroundings – because this place truly deserves to thrive.

V not working 4.Door nob broken, dining table chair broken terribly 5.Mold in room walls, every corner dusty and not clean. 6 Exteremly Disappointed not as advertised 7.Inside fridge got hair. 8.kettle was so dirty, didn't even touch. Don't recommend. The place is worn down, old building. Need a lot of improvement. Wasted money, made booking thru booking.com perday is RM 218.Very scary, thru out the night sound of dragging chairs above the ceiling very disturbing. Hope booking.com refund our money.
