Everything, was not clean, black mould on the windows bed was very uncomfortable,no staff,no reception, just a side door with a key code to get in , there was nothing in the location.

Slightly cold room, despite the heating being on, wish I had brought a heater. I think the heating may only have been turned on just prior to us arriving as the room overall felt warmer we hen we returned after the night out 5 hours later
GBIt was in a brilliant location for the Museum Quarter and above a good real ale pub. The room was spacious and even had a bath in the room. Four poster bed and a accessible balcony but as December didnt linger long. Tea & coffee making facilities.
Radiators were a bit sporadic & two didnt work at all but only there two nights so coped. Cups and saucers are so irritating I wish they'd use mugs. There is a socket inside the door at eyelevel with the bed which flashes a bright blue wifi light. We had to block it with a sock & water bottle as really annoying. A lack of plugs near a mirror for hair drying. Free car parking is in a NCP Car park in the street behind in reserved spaces which had no signage for the pub which was disconcerting that we might not be in the right place

GBCommunication from the hotel was very good with clear check-in instructions that were very easy to follow. You didn't see any members of staff throughout the stay. I had expected the hotel to be quite noisy but actually once you're up on the top floor I hardly heard anything of the other guests. Parking was nearby and allowed easy time in the city.
As any inner-city property, there was quite a lot of car noise which made it difficult for someone like me to get a good night's sleep. Steps/access are typical of old buildings. It was good that the hotel left out tea and coffee however one of the water bottles they put out was half used. This is an oversight rather than anything serious. The pub downstairs was very busy due to Christmas. Not a place for a quiet meal as I had intended but a sign of how popular it is with locals.
