Clean, comfortable and well equipped with additional little touches that made all the difference. Location is perfect, views stunning and area quiet but not too far from towns if you want them. Thank you so much!

"Comfortable and lovely decor"

Bedrooms were so nicely decorated and really nice carpets. Clean and comfortable beds. Great location for the beach, buses and a Co-op just around the corner.

I did think it should have been a little cleaner. The lounge carpet hadn't been hoovered, and the shower screen wasn't clean. But the rest of the flat was absolutely fine.

"Superb"

Great location right by sobo beach and ideal for the function we were attending. Very comfy bed, shower was a bit temperamental. Generally clean though the mantle was quite dusty - obviously been missed. Other than that it was clean. Thank you for having us

Lots of nice touches like actual tea and coffee, chocolate and wine, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets, more than 1 toilet roll. Much appreciated. Great location and view.

The view from the lounge every day - simply lovely. It is well equipped and in a great location. Fun coastal themed decor and very comfortable bed.

Liked everything but could have done with a fruit bowl 😊

"A good stay except for the four flights of stairs which would prevent us staying again."

The location was fine once we found it. We were given instructions that it was behind an estate agents which we couldn’t find, the reason being that it had been boarded up and the sign removed.

We were surprised to find that there was four flights of stairs to negotiate. Both of us being over 80 found it extremely difficult to carry our cases to the apartment. We feel that this should be mentioned in the description of the apartment. This unfortunately marred our stay.
