"Great but let down. You supply a nespresso machine but refuse to supply the coffee???"

It's a great hotel no question but unwillingness to provide more than 4 coffee pods for 2 people for a 4 night stay in a superior room is just ridiculous and truly tight. You are a 4 star hotel? I asked for 4 more pods and was refused. Offered 2 and told I could buy 2 more? I dont get it. Its a 10 cents item?

The staff member working reception on the evening of the 28th May was incredibly rude. Looking me up and down with a frown and all I had said was 'good evening'? God help me when I asked politely if I could get some coffee capsules for the morning! Terrible customer service.

Un poco estrecho para pasar al fondo de la habitación. La entrada y el baño muy bien.
