When arriving, it was clear that cleanliness and maintenance were not a priority here. There was broken glass on the bedroom floor, which was hazardous and unacceptable. In addition, the lights did not turn on, making the glass only visible during the daytime. The sheets had many hairs on them, making it obvious that they hadn't been properly cleaned or changed between guests. Multiple members of our party left due to dirty linens, while the rest slept on the floor and couch. In addition, a door to our room could be accessed from downstairs, which we were unaware of before. This made us feel unsafe inside. The floors were filthy, and the refrigerator was not only dirty and sticky on the inside but also not working. Overall, this was a terrible experience.
