Very modern boutique hotel. Pool area lovely. Good location to Xaghra Square, 10 minute walk.

The staff is super kind and helpful. We really felt welcome. The location is good, if you have a car. Also, it’s 30 min walk from Ramla beach.

The breakfast is really not worth the money. We paid 8€ for “continental breakfast” being a few slices of bread, ham and cheese. And some musli. Wouldn’t pay for it again.

Very clean and modern.

Staff was super friendly and the location is super quiet with a market 5 minutes away.

A beautiful and very neat little boutique hotel with lovely details and embroidered towels. Stylishly decorated and peaceful. The rooftop swimming pool (unheated) with its sunbathing areas was pleasant and refreshing. A nice extra was that the hotel provided toothbrushes and slippers.

Room 112 had a penetrating smell in the toilet and shower area that made it hard to breathe. The best comparison would be a very strong cat litter box odor — it was so overpowering that I could not stay in that space. We were able to change rooms to another one where this issue did not exist. After reading previous reviews, I noticed that another guest had mentioned the same problem before. However, customer service claimed that no such issue had ever been reported, and the staff acted as if they could not smell anything themselves. It did not leave a good impression. In the second room, the safe did not work, although it was repaired the following day. The ground-floor room itself felt damp, and the air-conditioning unit blew cold air directly onto the bed. The dehumidifying mode did not work. At breakfast, a staff member told us we had the continental breakfast included, which we confirmed. Then she asked whether we would like omelets prepared for us, mentioning that it would take a little while. We thought, “Why not, that’s nice service.” A moment later, the woman came back asking for an additional payment for them 😅. It would probably be better to first explain that this is an extra paid service and only then ask whether guests would like it. The breakfast itself was laughable: a couple of yogurt cups, a few bread rolls, and a cereal dispenser on display. Even the staff did not know how to use the capsule coffee machine 😂, so instructions had to be searched from Google. There was not a single café or restaurant open within a one-kilometer radius of the hotel, although it was admittedly early May. At one point, we even considered changing hotels in the middle of our vacation. To top it all off, customer service sent us a WhatsApp message asking us to give feedback directly to them because they had agreed to change our room and had repaired the safe. Apparently, they did not want their review scores to drop or the real experience to end up here.
