"Needs improvement."

Large apartment set in a lovely development.Great wi fi and English channels on TV for the evening.

Very dark with inadequate lighting. Minimal kitchen equipment ie, 3 forks and 3 tumblers. Boiler kept failing although super kind chap came straight out to have a look it needed further intervention.

Great location for Cartagena and local beaches. Not far from Alicante. Gated community on golf resort, well-maintained, clean, and quiet. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby for necessities, etc.

"Nice and Quiet in Feb"

Clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet, and safe. Beds were fine, although double would have been nicer

Only liquid hand soap. A bar of soap for shower would have been nice. Also a bit too chilly for February. Needs rugs or carpet in the cold marble floors especially in the bedrooms

"Great value for money"

Taking price into consideration, the apartment was great. - Two bathrooms - Proper glasses for wine, three types :-) - Easy access to the swimming pool - Underground parking space - Golf course - Lidl - only a few minutes by car - Close vicinity to Cartagena (check the Roman Theatre) and Murcia (the cathedral) - Some of the best beaches we've seen, with very warm water --> Cablanque and Negrete - Also worth seeing - the pink lake in Torrevieja

- We had a real trouble finding the apartment. :-D The numbers on the buildings were very misleading. - Parking space quite challenging. :-) But it was underground and there were still many available spots nearby outside.

is the best place for a family getaway that we have found in this region. straight from the apartment you go out to the pool. the neighbors also have children so there is no problem with crying or noise in the pool. the swimming pool has easy access to the water and every dwarf can find himself
