We had some issues with the AC not working but the owner had a tech there very quickly to fix it, and the bed room tv randomly turned off while using it

The pictures are outdated, the screen around the pool were falling down. We had no access to the garage, the light in the master bedroom didn’t turn off and the fan wouldn’t turn on. There was a trash bag and Starbucks cup in the yard by the fire pit. The sheets and bedding were stained and the house was not cleaned. There was no hot water in either shower. I went and got my own cleaning supplies and cleaned so we could stay and we contacted the host and he did have a plumber and an electrician come out for repairs. I just feel like the money we spent for a relaxing vacation was really not worth it.

Our only complaint was that the master bedroom’s mattress is very uncomfortable.

USThe heated pool and many games available were a huge bonus. House was conveniently located to many beaches and other activities.
No major complaints
USOverall the house was great. Very easy to communicate with the host. Kids loved the pool!
Some of the lights did not works and trying to figure out where to turn some of them on was difficult. The shower stopped working properly after a few days of us being there. Just needed some simple maintenance done. No ping pong paddles were available so we went and bought some.
USThe home was wonderful, very clean. We enjoyed the privacy of a home versus a hotel. It is in a nice neighborhood and close to shopping and restaurants. The owner was very responsive when I messaged him.
