"Superb"

The location is great, there is no problems with the app for opening the doors.

It's not convenient to arrive with luggage since you can't access the building with car, you can get about 100-200 meters away and that's also when you drive in narrow alleys. One more thing was the the bathtub was out of order, well that's a bummer but no biggie.

"It was an amazing trip. All in all the apartment worked for us."

Very close to the Piazza and all the wonderful shops.

Our bedroom has low ceilings with wooden beams. Hit our heads a few times.

The property is very spacious. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms were well equipped and functional. The key system, although at first rather daunting, was actually very efficient giving a high level of security and could be loaded on more than one phone to allow access to two couples at different times.

The water and ice dispenser on the fridge were not working. There could have been more mugs available for hot drinks as the cups were rather small. There was only one adapter in the kitchen and none in the bedrooms/bathrooms for hair dryers etc.

Lovely property in wonderful location.

The mobile app entry was very inconvenient and stressful for us. There were three doors/gates to get to the flat but there were no keys only a mobile app to enter. Signal was intermittent and we had to always make sure our phones had charge or we would be left out in the street!
