"Poor"

Property owner stays next door watching any visitors coming. Pushed us to follow a rules not listed on booking ( didn't allow our family to visit us with our grandchild, even for a short period of time). A/C did not work properly, it was uncomfortable to stay at night. Bad wall's sound insulation.

The apartment is right at the beginning of the pedestrian area in Ostia and 2mins from the beach. It has a wonderful and very spacious terrace, perfect to have breakfast or just to chill up there.

"Great apartment for a holiday beak."

Alessandra met us outside flat with keys. She is very friendly, very helpful. Flat was really clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our week in Ostia. Location was perfect, close to beach and shops/restaurants, with terrace overlooking the square in one direction and with a lovely sea view in the other. This wasn't our first visit to Ostia and we would say in terms of location, cleanliness, value and warm welcome from our host that this apartment would be 1st on our list if we return.
