Staircase was difficult for my wife

The Hosts were very accommodating and helpful. The accommodation was fantastic, with everything one needs. Lovely welcome pack provided. Property is also situated close to the beach, which we thoroughly enjoyed! Will definitely stay here again!

Proximity to Scarborough excellent 2 minute walk and you were on the sea front. The information supplied by the owners is exceptional, I have never had better. Everything you needed or could ask for was provided.

I honestly can say it was perfect for us, maybe if you have difficulty in getting up stairs they are steep. Parking you had to park a few streets away but again this is not a problem takes minutes to walk back, I took my mum and dad in 70s and they were fine, just mentioned the stairs only. I dropped them off at door on arrival then went off to find a spot later, they give you permits so your job is only to find a space.

Everything was thought about from the owners, they included all the essentials plus more, board games, children's books, bread and milk. We stayed here with my parents and our toddler (2 years old) the owners were kind enough to include a cot and a stair gate in with the booking. The rooms were brilliant and the bed was really comfortable. It was a brilliant stay and we will definitely be rebooking next year! And hopefully for longer next time.

Only issue was with parking but that's at no fault of the owners, we did manage to park but it was quite a few streets away, every time the closest car park spots became available, they were immediately taken. The parking permits given by the owners are very useful though.
