Presken Hotel K-ONE, Bank Anthony, Lagos

Almost nothing. The hotel is reasonably close to Ikeja GRA. The fisherman soup from the kitchen was great.

Most of the reception staff were rude and obviously had no hospitality training! This is unfortunate because I had stayed at another Presken Hotel and the staff were excellent. I was standing by the stairs to send a text message on my way out when some guy walked up to me. Instead of asking if I needed any help, he rudely asked me to tell him my room number. When I refused, he said he was going to call security on me. I walked down to the reception and asked to see the manager. The guy at reception again asked for my room number as if my room would determine if I get to report my concerns to the manager. I eventually reported my concerns to the manager but I am not sure if they even bothered to correct their staff. The room was also not cleaned thoroughly. There were soap stains on the shower and the fridge had rust stains in it (see attached pictures). Train your staff please...they may not have manners but when they come to work, they should at least try to show some courtesy to guests. In any case, I'm definitely not staying here again!

It is a great hotel to be and the staffs are super wonderful and friendly.

I can't really see anything wrong in the hotel much. The rooms are well kept and very clean.

It was ok. The services are great and prompt and the staff are very receptive

It was a good stat but the internet and the bathroom was horrible
