The building is a bit old, but the apartment itself is very nicely and creatively decorated — it has character and charm. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist. I had a good stay

Sergio picked me up from the airport for an additional 20 euro cost which I thought was reasonable and less than a taxi would have been. He is a very friendly host and we had an enjoyable chat on the way. After I arrived he sent me a very complete list of the best places to get specific local speciality food, restaurants and points of interest. The location was great, 2 minutes walk from the heart of the city. The room was clean and comfortable, nice bathroom, and there were vouchers to get a coffee and cornetto for breakfast from the cafè next door as well as tea, coffee and cornettos in the common area of the apartment. A perfect stay, 10/10!

We had a great time, everything was wonderful, and Sergio is a very kind host, always ready to help! We enjoyed the coffee he provided in the refreshment area every morning. The shared bathroom was very clean and well equipped. We didn’t miss anything. The interior is truly remarkable, especially the ceiling.

Sergio is a fantastic host. He picked me up from the station and was helpful throughout my stay. The price-to-quality ratio is excellent, and you can reach the city center in just 6-7 minutes on foot. There is a public transport stop near the accommodation, and an Alibus stop close by, which takes you to the airport. The bed was comfortable, the room has air conditioning, and the windows can be darkened, providing everything you need for a good night’s sleep. Additionally, breakfast is served downstairs in a café where you can also leave your luggage. The towels smelled wonderful, adding to the pleasant experience. I highly recommend this place, and when I visit Catania again, I will happily return to this accommodation.
The shared bathroom and toilet in the hallway are not a problem, but the bathtub and shower could perhaps use some renovation. Otherwise, I have no negatives to mention.
