The Peak Ella

Ella ist zu fuß in 5 min erreichbar. Man hat einen unglaublichen Blick ins Tal und auf den Ella Rock. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und mit Balkonen ausgestattet. Das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Kein Aufzug vorhanden, da dieser in Reparatur war.

Hotel in completa ristrutturazione. Per poter accedere devi attraversare la zona lavori. Formiche in camera e camere non insonorizzate. La proprietaria è stata gentile e ci ha concesso di ridurre il soggiorno.

There was work, it was horrible, there were electrical wires everywhere, and there was noise of work in the night.

Il centro si raggiunge a piedi in 5 minuti, anche se la strada per arrivarci è molto trafficata. Bellissima vista sia dal terrazzo per la colazione sia dalle camere. Personale gentilissimo, la ragazza della reception ci ha aiutati con un problema avuto coi bigliettini del treno. Buona la colazione. Camera pulita

Purtroppo nel periodo di nostra permanenza l'hotel era un cantiere per ristrutturazione, gli spazi comuni era pieni di polvere per i lavori e molte aree erano chiuse, cioè ha creato qualche disagio. Ma sicuramente nel futuro sarà ancora più carino

Nebylo úplně čisté, velmi dlouho jsme čekali na snídani.

Sitting in the Balcony looking at Ella Rock was extremely pleasing, with sometimes mist covering everything. The staff knew that they were lacking better service, specially because construction work was going on for expansion & betterment of the Hotel, including an upcoming lift. Hence all of them were more than committed to give us service in all other ways possible; starting from carrying luggage to 1st & 2nd Floor to giving suggestions for Local attractions. And always with a smiling face. That uplifted the mood so that we could ignore the other drawbacks, during our stay.

Rooms & Bathrooms could have been much more clean.

Close to town , views were beautiful, friendly and welcoming staff and great breakfast.

Cold shower, there seems to be building work going on at the hotel and parts weren’t completed.
