Dar Al Miraaj

Absolutely everything. An absolutely beautiful Riad, ideally located within the Medina but near a gate and easily accessible by car/taxi. Bed comfortable, bathroom spacious with lovely toiletries. Breakfast every morning superb and plentiful with so many options. Staff extremely attentive and kind. Youssef, our host, more than helpful with suggestions and advice on dining, touring and shopping. He also has a wonderful selection of music. Upon our departure to take the train to Marrakech they had a bag with water, fruit and treats for our 4 hour journey. We truly felt like family and hope to be able to return some day!

This beautiful riad was extensively renovated by the owner while still preserving its courtyard's two hundred year old tile floor and honoring its historic past. It is the most beautiful riad we stayed at during our trip to Morocco. It is incredibly comfortable by modern standards but true to its historic past. It is located on a quiet derb just off a major street. Hence, its location easy to find yet quiet. The staff is top notch and functions almost as a family in their commitment to work together to ensure their guests a most comfortable stay. It is clear that the owner, a kind and welcoming man sets the tone. "This is your home while you are in Rabat" were not only words he spoke, but an ethos the entire riad team lived up to. The linens and pillows are high quality and the breakfast offerings were ample and delicious, a feast for the eyes as well as the stomach. It is a beautiful property and I would be thrilled to stay again should I visit Rabat a second time. We could not have felt more welcomed.

Everything offered was beyond great. It was a superlative experience and a wonderful way to end our trip.

The host Yousef was wonderful. the Riad was beautiful and exceptionally clean. Yousef would give us suggestions where to go and where to eat that were just what we were looking for. The Kasbah and the Medina are just down the street. His suggestion to visit Chellah Castle made for a wonderful afternoon. The breakfast prepared each morning was plentiful and delicious. We sat with other guests and exchanged stories from around the world. I highly recommend Dar al Miraaj when in Rabat.

This is a wonderful place in a historic riad. It's clean, very quiet, and the location is very close to the kasbah. Breakfast is delicious. The host and his team are very helpful and welcoming. Thank you.

Un accueil remarquable de Youcef, qui a pris le temps de nous accueillir personnellement pour nous faire la visite du Riad. Il a pris le temps aussi de répondre à notre besoin et à nos diverses contraintes, nous qui étions avec un petit de 2 ans et demi. Le petit déjeuner était exceptionnel, et là encore Youcef a eu une attention particulière pour notre fils ! Enfin, si le temps est mitigé ? Pas de problèmes, nos valises peuvent être gardée toute la journée et on a même le droit à un parapluie au cas ou ! Je recommande à 100% !

Séjour avec mon mari dans ce Riad, recommandé par notre ami Marocain. Nous sommes très satisfait, Youssef le propriétaire a été un hôte d’exception. Le petit déjeuné excellent. Les employés sont tous très gentil et courtois. Nous avons fait le Hammam avec Fati, nous la recommandons lors de votre séjour, une expérience typique. Ambiance très convivial. Nous retournons à cet endroit à notre prochain séjour au Maroc 🇲🇦 Merci à tous Cordialement Julie
