"beautiful, located right by the water"

The apartment in the picture is beautiful, located right by the water and indeed very nice, next to the marina. It's a fully equipped flat — small but comfortable and truly cozy, with a kitchen, a living room, and a large balcony. The host is great — helpful and a friendly guy.

The downside: the place is extremely noisy during the day. You have to walk through a construction site to get there, which is not safe as there's no sidewalk. I couldn’t enjoy the terrace even once — from 8 AM, workers are shouting throughout the workday, and the noise is unbearable. Unfortunately. Once construction is complete, it will be a fantastic spot. But for now, it's not worth the price — the noise should be taken into account in the rate.

Appartement neuf haut de gamme, avec tout l'équipement nécessaire pour 1 jour comme plusieurs semaines. La terrasse est grande et superbe avec vue sur le port Idéal pour 2 personne et très calme.

Le bâtiment se trouve dans une zone en pleine réhabilitation avec des travaux et un peu à l'écart de la ville. L'usage de la voiture est recommandé pour y accéder. Dans 1 an ou 2, l'environnement sera parfait

Nice apartment in a new apartment's complex. Private parking spot, reception 24/7 and very helpful house manager. Beautiful view from balcony and small but good equipped gym.

Restaurants or groceries minimum 10-15 minutes of walk (remark). In the area still lots of construction activities but when it all be finished it will be a perfect spot to stay.
