MYThe location wise is so damn good, excellent facilities with a lot of amenities nearby, there are non halal foodcourt just at the Ground floor of this property where you can get either breakfast, lunch, dinner or even supper. For those who are staying with family and elderly, this unit provide parking just nearby to entrance door of the lift, it will be very convenience. There are bunch of good restaurants & foodies nearby in the same building so no worry about the eating. Across the road there is AEON Mall for you to find things or option for good eatery places. the utilities for simple cooking also complete with fridge and also induction cooker and also the microwaves. the water pressure is good. not to forget about the amazing balcony view. Overall this is very recommended!
The only thing about this property not the unit ya, it is a bit not sound proof, you can hear loudly people nextdoor or the next next door. so yeah thats it.

MYI like everything about the property. The studio was big area fit with 2 double bed size, dinning table and cooking area. Room very clean. Equipment for cooking is complete. The cooridor view was beautiful. The staff was very helpful 👍🏻
The owner has made perfect job for the property. Maybe just suggestion to be more excellent the owner can provide some 3 in 1 coffee or tea.
