I liked the airco

When we arrived. First they tried to act like we did not have a booking. After I watched the bookings on their computer, I saw that I had a booking. Than they said I had to pay extra for the room, even though I already payed everything via booking. I thought it was a joke, so I started laughing, but they were serious about it. Even after I complained, they did not let us get the key without extra payment. Eventually I paid because it was already late. The room is not really clean, but the airco and the bed were okay
