Precioso apartamento muy tranquilo y bien situado muy cerca del centro de Oporto. Hemos pasado varios días en familia, hay un supermercado en la misma calle y una lavandería donde pudimos dejar el equipaje después del check out. Bien equipado y limpio.

We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the flat. One of the main reasons I booked this place was the nice outdoor area to relax, but unfortunately, it was covered in bird droppings—both old and fresh. At the very least, the table and chairs should have been cleaned before our check-in. The outdoor area had some rubbish lying around, which added to the overall lack of cleanliness. The flat definitely looked older and more worn than it appeared in the photos on the booking site. Additionally, the property is located on the -1 floor, and there was a persistent musty, basement-like smell throughout our stay. We stayed for five nights and requested that the bins be emptied on our fourth night—very late response and the answer is we need to bring the bins out on the street bins and buy the bin bags. We also asked for extra towels but no response. The coffee machine’s water tank had a layer of mold floating in it when I went to clean it, which was quite off-putting. The pillows were extremely flat, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. When we asked for extra pillows, we were told none were available. Overall, we were just disappointed with the experience. The most difficult part is hard to reach out for help from the staff.

The location was great, it was a comfortable apartment.

It did appear that it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned and the bed linen was a worn.

The size of the apartment, the fact that it had 2 WC. The kitchen equipment was also pretty good.

The fact that the dehumidifier had to be on all the time and I had to empty the water bin every day. The lighting in the bathroom could be improved.
