The house was clean and fresh, the courtyard in the afternoons was a nice place to relax. The location is also good just down the road from shops, restaurants and bakeries.

The mattress on the sofa bed is thin, would be uncomfortable for adults however it's fine for kids.

Really great flat, clean, very comfortable bed, excellent hot shower, great facilities and nice garden space with furniture to sit and eat out. Brilliant location as so easy to walk through to rest of Porto, and bus stop right outside building, supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Flat is subground floor but there is a lift which was helpful. Aircon worked well. Big fridge and separate freezer. Washing machine (although no soap powder provided). Plenty of cupboard space plus a lockable cupboard.

Shame it rained over night a couple of times when we stayed as egg chair looked inviting but cushion was then too wet!

Absolutely top notch space and cozy. It's the best I've ever stayed at, in Porto. Our vacation (2 people) was during the Christmas season, from the 19th to the 29th, and when we arrived the house was warm and spotlessly clean. No extra detour/expense was necessary to get the keys, because it is in a safe at the door of the apartment, inside the building with elevator access. The WiFi (fast) password and other information is visible in a frame next to the large TV in the living room. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, including a blender for soups, blender for smoothies, electric kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster press and coffee machine (with 2 capsules). Plates, cutlery and mugs for 6 people, but only 4 chairs and 4 wine/water/champagne glasses. The refrigerator (upper half) and freezer (lower half) are separate. The oven and microwave (separate) work well and were clean. The dishwasher and clothes washing machine were clean, however the washing machine is not dryer but they provide a stand clothesline. The stove is an induction cooker with 2 burners. There was one large frying pan and two size pots, but no baking tin/pan, except for a large baking tray – nevertheless, anyone can buy disposable aluminum pans and essentials at the supermarket, which is 15 steps away from the door of the building, where we bought croissants, smoked turkey ham and various cheeses for breakfast. The AC worked perfectly (no dust/clean filters), in the bedroom and living room, which warmed the entire apartment, comfortably. There is a bathroom in the hallway of the bedroom (with shower) and a second WC at the entrance door in the living room (without shower). The shower had perfect temperature control and was wonderful. The grass half in the backyard is synthetic but well cared for. The backyard furniture was spotless, including the swing chair.

This place was just what I needed, and might be the best flat I've rented. Everything so pretty and clean, and I like that it still had personality. I can't believe that it had 2 bathrooms! Which I think is convenient if you're a couple. The terrace was lovely, although it rained throughout my whole stay. This was a really cozy place to be. The kitchen is very modern, oven completely new and it was nice that there was a dishwasher. I like to cook when I'm away, and here I wasn't lacking anything. Great that the supermarket was so close by, especially on the very rainy days.
