Nothing.

The property is a HMO that was not stated in the advert no lock on the bathroom freezing cold only electric heater in the bedroom the rest of the house is below freezing temperatures. Dirty dusty dishes left out on the side from whoever else was there very bad customer service and house as not decribed on the website.
