VIOLET HOUSE.

Bardzo miły i pomocny gospodarz. Każdy pokój posiadał klimatyzację a dodatkowo były dwie łazienki, co było bardzo wygodne. Bardzo blisko do metra i mniejszych sklepów, do Lidla ok. 1km.

Okolica niestety nieciekawa, ale całkiem blisko do centrum. Dodatkowo znaleźliśmy 3 karaluchy w mieszkaniu. Poza tym brak wad.

Location was good in the sense it was 20 to 30 mins walk from the old and most interesting parts of catania Three good sized double rooms, each with wardrobes etc...and rooms were decorated nicely and had air con and black out external blinds which were excellent. Large fridge freezer. Dining area and an extra room could either be a 4th bed or sitting room. Front balcony was lovely. Landlord was helpful Beds and bed linen clean. Metro is 2 minutes away, plus some nice places for coffee, a park., good shops. Wine bar, all just around the corner Apartments share a lift which was useful for moving luggage. Washing machine installed Two nice bathrooms with showers Hot water Overall we enjoyed staying...

The apartment is directly over a mechanics garage, so the noise of the compressor running and the smell of diesel was not great. Sitting on balcony would have been nicer if there weren't this diesel smell and noise and constant traffic.( If you enjoy staying in the heart of a real city this is a great place to stay. It is authentic chaotic and wonderful catania ) Parking in a carpark down road was offered...but cost 50euros a night (not landlords fault)....so parked on road....never found free spaces, was tricky to work out Parking and often had to park on main Rd where metro is. If you park all day it's 7euros so not bad. Drop ticket Parking app worked for me. So all in, this was OK Kitchen was a bit dirty with no cleaning things so had to buy them. Some old food left in house from previous tenants which was a bit off putting Floors were filthy. Didn't look dirty but when you walked on floor our feet were black. But I feel sure the landlord will resolve this once he realises. Rear balcony overlooks garages and is a bit run down and dirty. Fridge door handle was cracked and repaired with tape which was a bit grimy I just think the whole place needed a really good clean.

Удобно, чисто и светло.Добра локация , спирката на метрото е до апартамента,наблизо има кафенета,магазини,чудесна пицария.На пешеходно разстояние от повечето забележителности.

Намираме сме в страна известна с хубавите си вина а апартамента не разполага с необходимата посуда(чаши за вино от пластмаса)!
