Everything was perfect.

Unfortunately, our experience with this property was very disappointing. Although the host seemed friendly and responsive at first, we ultimately found him to be unreliable and dishonest, which left us feeling both frustrated and misled. We were traveling with small children and encountered several serious issues. The stovetop didn’t work, so we couldn’t prepare dinner. The kitchen was missing many basic items — including cutlery and other essentials that any guest should be able to expect. To make things worse, we found cockroaches in the bedroom on our first night. The apartment felt stuffy, but when we asked to open the balcony door, the host told us not to — so more cockroaches wouldn’t come in. We ended up spending the night in an uncomfortable, poorly ventilated space. By morning, more cockroaches appeared in the living room and kitchen. The apartment is located on the third floor with no elevator. The host had promised help with our luggage, but no one came. Due to all these problems, the host promised us a refund — but once we returned home, he denied ever saying that. He also told Booking.com that everything was resolved, which simply wasn’t true. While the apartment is in a good location and was clean, the lack of basic functionality, the hygiene issues, and especially the dishonesty left us very disappointed. We wouldn’t recommend staying here.

ILEverythings about this place was more then expected, the owner was super helpful, very friendly and willing to assisted us with every request we had. we were spoiled by him with some amazing pastries, got excellent recommendations.
ILWe stayed for 2 nights at Maisonette Casa del Mare in Thessaloniki and had a fantastic experience. The apartment is in a beautifully renovated historical building, stylish and it’s like to coming in to your own house..Big kitchen, living room and dining table for 8 people..very comfortable. It’s located on the 3rd floor with no elevator, but the owner kindly helped us with our luggage and was always available for anything we needed. His hospitality was truly exceptional.

GRAn amazing apartment, very centrally located! Very spacious, has plenty of wardrobe space. Amazing amenities! The hosts responded in a very swift and polite manner. There were some issues with the water supply (not the owners fault) but he ensured we have plenty of bottled water and then also treated us to a nice breakfast. We will definitely come back!
One small detail - I Iike soft, goose down pillows! Can I have them when we come back please?! :)
