The location is excellent

The room is very hot, the service is bad, there is no kitchen, when we asked to leave the things for a few hours after check out, they did not agree to us and we had to take all the bags to the street and lie there for hours

The fan in the room was good.

BAIT AND SWITCH. NO SUPPORT FROM BOOKING.COM The room I reserved did not have the things they said it had, when I contacted Booking.com, twice, they said they would support me, contact the owner and rectify the situation. They never did, and then they dropped the complaint without any follow up. Booking.com said the room had a lock box for valuables, a bidet, a flat screen TV with satellite channels. No room in the entire hotel has any of these features. On top of that they charged me more than quoted on my reservation receipt. I was told I could leave (and lose my one night's deposit) if I didn't like the room

Clean room with private bathroom. Great location.

It’s on the main road so you can hear the traffic noise during the day. But at night things calm down.

Generally good all round. Nice size, clean rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful and its wasn't too noisy.

The wifi didn't work in the rooms, only outside in the communal area.

Basic but clean room. God value for money

On Booking.com I had a reservation for a room with a security box, flat screen TV with cable, a bidet,etc. when I got there they said there were NO rooms with those things. (And they were charging me more than was on my confirmation email) They said I could leave if I wasn't happy (and forfeit my first night payment). I wrote to Booking.com and they said they would contact the hotel and resolve the issue. I wrote twice more and never heard back. I am very unhappy with both the hotel and Booking.com.

It was a horror. No air condition at all. Dirty, smelly, absolute different as the picture. No go zone!
