Location, that's pretty much it.

"Air conditioning" is a straight up lie, it's actually just a fan. The pictures were nothing like the room I got. There were huge open spaces near the ceiling which had direct access to two other room and the terrace, so it felt like I was sharing the room with others (I could hear EVERYTHING from the other rooms and if people smoked on the terrace my room was also filled with the smoke and smell). The bed is nightmarish, it's paper thin in the middle and that's where you gonna end up when you fall asleep. Taking a shower is a chore because the water flows at such a low pressure, also I had an army of ants accompanying me every time I used the bathroom.

A lovely place with very friendly staff.

Good location , nice sized rooms. We were in room 3 and it had a hammock and chairs outside our room which was used a lot by us. Not the most comfortable bed but good value for money.

Strict check in times. Mattress was uncomfortable .

super clean, the room was prepared really nicely, the location is close to the centre, the staff were friendly

the street was noisey but that is everywhere in Mazunte
