very nice and beautiful house. wifi. good communcation with staff.

jacuzzi was cold and not workwell. cleaning 20$ fee.

The location is central to most of the attraction areas. The place is nice too and has security 24/7. So easy to check in with a code send by the staff a day before your arrival. Their furniture is top notch.

Their property is nice only that they need to fix their jacuzzi so that it can also have hot water.

One of the bathroom showers were clogged.

The spaciousness, great beds, clean and the hosts attended to any issues really quickly. The hosts were super responsive.

The property was clean and well kept. The beds were very comfortable and a hot shower was very nice after our long travels. The location was not far from all the attractions we planned to visit and close to several convenient shops.

Prior to check in, I had communicated with the host, requesting an early check in. I was told they could “make something work” for noon arrival. When we arrived at noon, no one was aware of the previous conversation and we were told to return at 2pm for the normal check in. At 2pm when we returned, the cleaning crew was still working on our room and were there until approximately 3pm, we were able to sit in the living room area (which had already been cleaned) while the rest of the space was cleaned. Additionally, the connection to wifi was weak in the upstairs.
