"Bad apartment and uncooperative host"

1. Unfortunately, the apartment was dilapidated. 2. The pictures do not match the Booking pictures. 3. I waited more than three hours to receive the apartment key Because of the complicated check-in procedures, phone communication with the host company and more than one person, in addition to logging in through the link and depositing the insurance through a bank ATM, etc. 4.after one month I have not received my security deposit yet, and the host informed me that I must wait.

Ruangan apartemennya luas, dan fasilitas lumayan lengkap.

AC di kamar utama sedikit tidak dingin, dan remote ac tidak ada yang cocok dengan unit2 AC di semua ruangan

"Overall with the service is good, pak Saepudin is very good and on time."

The facility in the unit wasn't so good cause some AC problem and dirty sofa, no water or electric thermos for making hot water
