Comfy Two Bedroom Apartment Right In The City Centre

Had to contact owner after paying as hadn't received an email on how to collect keys, this was responded to and they were picked up from a shop a few streets away. Unfortunately the email didn't inform us what our apartment number was, we picked up the keys and managed to get into the building. Then tried to phone Booking.com and had to leave a message. Left a message with the owner and they phoned back a few minutes later so we were told the apartment number. Apartment was on 2nd floor and there was a lift, unfortunately a passcode was needed which we didn't have! Big Glasgow building with LOTS of stairs up to second floor. Hard going when we had 4 cases when we arrived, would have been very difficult if anyone had mobility issues.

Key pickup added an extra step. Good we got a photo about the code, key & door fob. After a day we had the hang of it.

Location, clean

Nasty cheap cutlery, only 4 mugs, and large baking trays would be good. Would be nice to have more basics in kitchen like salt, pepper, vinegar, oil. But otherwise lovely and clean
