Some just are gifted at this...Carol is one of them. She has an eye for detail and understands what is desirable and expected by her guests. It is the perfect spot for reps and business people passing through Pmb. It is impeccably clean and has all the features you need to get through loadshedding and the bed was extremely comfortable. Bravo Carol...keep up the great service and attention to detail.

The basin could do with a mirror immediately above for me who need to shave. There is a mirror...but I did think it would have been problematic if I were a man and needed to shave in front of a mirror. The extractor fan drips cold water on you while you shower, but not a big deal. I'd rather have that than moldy shower walls.

Carol and Bennie were extremely helpful and friendly. I was warmly welcomed. The suite was extremely clean and catered for all my needs. I felt like I was home away from home, especially with all the treats :-) I was kept informed about the load shedding.

The manager and staff were extremely helpful and they provided me with everything even before my arrival. The directions, load shedding schedule, wi-fi password and pin etc.
