Очень приветливый персонал и хозяин! В комнате есть все необходимое для недолгого проживания (если учесть, что площадь совсем небольшая, то вообще круто, что так много всего есть). И розетки, и фен, и удобная душевая, и чайник, и плита, и посуда. С автовокзала несложно добраться пешком, у нас ушло минут 20, хотя мы были с чемоданами. Очень близко старый город. Рядом много ресторанов, кафе, магазинов. Пляж тоже рядом. Хороший бюджетный вариант, если жить не очень долго (долго, думаю, можно устать от тесноты).

From which point should I start. First of all, the room was so uncomfortable and dirty. There were bugs everywhere.

Address provided by booking.com was incorrect. It gave only street number and district. It omitted street name. Title "pleasant" is misleading. It was very small and pokey.

"Small room but perfect for people who spend just the night in there."

The owner was very nice, understanding and trustworthy. The location was perfect for us.

Just a little bit water leakage in the toilet which we didn’t say anything about to the owner, otherwise could probably have been dealt with it.

the location is quite nice. once you step outside of the gate, you could literally enjoy the view of mountain and beach. the room equipped with small kitchen.
