"Feel like a local in the middle of old town Maratea."

Unit was spacious and clean. Great for families. Kitchen was large and fully equipped with lots of extras available to use. Has a balcony. Right in the middle of the historical part of town. Walkable to shops, grocery, restaurants, bars and churches. Hosts were available, helpful and responsive.

Just know that there is a flight of steps to enter. The shower is very small.

"We loved being in historic center in a true Italian apartment."

It's off season so restaurants were closed. Finding it and finding parking was a bit difficult (due to a road closure that Google maps didn't know about) but we figured it out.

Great location but more care should be taken on how to find the square to park as the owner operated remotely So he should know about the roadworks and advise accordingly

"Extremely spacious apartment, nicely decorated, and young host was extremely accommodating."

Host went above and beyond in his attention to my needs. Rooms were very large and comfortable and with utilizing just the master bedroom and not using the two other bedrooms the apartment was probably 1100 to 1200 square feet. Very nicely decorated. Bathroom we done whereby tub was replaced with a shower. Saturday market, picture below, was an added bonus to my visit.
