It was centrally located, close to the airport, good price, and amazing staff.

Ronilo insured that our stay was very comfortable and pleasant. He was a great help! The room suited our needs well. It was close to the airport, and Orange Bucket Restaurant was just around the corner. My Wife loved Orange Bucket. We both did. There is a coffee stand just outside the building that serves great coffee.

At first, the cockroaches seem out of place to Westerners, but it's the Philippines. You get used to it. I didn't see any geckos clinging to the ceiling in this room. In the home where I spent the rest of my stay in the Phillipines, there were many geckos inside the house and no cockroaches. I think that a visitor to the Philippines would need to become tolerant of one or the other.

The place is clean and spacious. Close to the airport (terminal 3). And specifically budget friendly.

It's not easy to find.

The property is in a good location, like 15 minutes walk to airport. It had a good price and it does look modern.

There is a lot of noise in that building with everyone leaving and coming at any hours. We had the ‘luck’ to have a party till 4 am near and we couldn’t sleep.

Excellent location for Terminal 3 of the airport. A skybridge makes this walkable in about 10 minutes, or taxis are easily available from outside the lobby. There are shops and services close by. Apartment has useful facilities to make the stay comfortable. Host responsive and helpful.
