It’s a beautiful zen sanctuary. Staff was amazing, beautiful outdoor area with a nice pool, sauna, ice baths. A highlight was also the breakfast! I’d love to come back

The staff were absolutely amazing, very kind, attentive, and always willing to help. A special mention to the girl working in the kitchen, Nazul (I may be misspelling her name), who cooked incredibly well. You could really feel that the food was made with love.The property itself is beautiful: the villas, pool, and overall grounds are very Instagram-worthy. There are also some cute dogs on the property, which we loved though for guests who don’t like dogs, this might be a downside.

As for the negatives, one of my friends noticed a chemical smell in the villa, although I and another friend didn’t notice it, so this may vary from person to person. The air conditioning on the second floor didn’t work very well; even after asking the staff to fix it, it still functioned inconsistently. There’s also no laundry service on site, but there is a laundry just a two-minute walk away, which wasn’t a big issue for us.Lastly, the road leading to the villa has quite a few puddles, but the staff informed us about this in advance, which we appreciated.

Super klimatyczne miejsce z pięknym ogrodem zadbanym basenem i pomocnym personelem. Świetne śniadania, dostęp do sauny i zimnej kąpieli. Było tak przyjemnie, że chętnie wrócimy!

Honestly, this place pure magic in the middle of the Uluwatuian Djungle. I loved every single second there. The serene venue, where you can fully relax your soul. One of the most authentic places I ever visited!

La struttura è bella, anche se le stanze non corrispondono esattamente a quelle delle foto: sembrano molto più grandi.

Siamo stati accolti in malo modo dallo staff che, appena ci ha visto arrivare carichi di bagagli alle 8 di sera, ci ha chiesto di sederci in modo brusco e ci ha portato il pos all istante dicendoci che dovevamo pagare “immediatamente”, senza nemmeno accompagnarci nelle stanze o farci vedere il nostro alloggio. La mattina, abbiamo scoperto che lo staff era off senza preavviso, quindi siamo dovuti andare a fare colazione - a spese nostre- da un’altra parte (esperienza non piacevole dal momento che ci avevano già mandato il menu qualche settimana prima via whatsapp). Ho quindi deciso di lamentarmi con il manager per il trattamento ricevuto fino a quel momento, il quale si è scusato moltissimo - giustificando il comportamento dello staff con il fatto che non sapessero bene l’inglese- e invitandoci come “suoi ospiti” per la colazione del giorno successivo. L’indomani, tuttavia, il manager era scomparso e la ragazza della cucina ci ha detto che non avremmo potuto avere la nostra colazione. Ci ha anche mostrato un messaggio del manager che confermava di non “averci promesso nulla”. Insomma, veramente poco cordiali e poco attenti al cliente. La piscina e piccola é sporca , e ci sono cani ovunque, anche sui lettini predisposti per i clienti. Le capanne, essendo adiacenti, non garantiscono privacy e silenzio. Da tenere presente che, in caso di check out, non c è alcuna possibilità di usufruire dei servizi doccia/changing room. Il prezzo NON é ASSOLUTAMENTE all’altezza del servizio.
