Bardzo dobra lokalizacja blisko Funchal lecz bez zgiełku i korków a jednocześnie blisko lotniska , garaż podziemny co nie jest bez znaczenia na Maderze (mała ilość parkingów) ,windy, wspaniały widok, przestronne wnętrze z fajnym rozwiązaniem przeszklonej jadalni „na tarasie „ , dziedziniec oddzielony ogrodzeniem od ulicy , dwa balkony, w pobliżu restauracja Klenk’s , miły personel,

Appartement spacieux, dans une residence calme, très bien équipé, superbe vue. Parking en sous sol bien pratique.

Literie un peu vieillotte, mais qui ne nous a pas empêché de dormir

Cote D Ataltique was an amazing apartment to stay if you are looking for a calm and clean environment with a fabulous view. We stayed over 5 nights and had a restful break. If you renting a car it’s just 10 mins drive from the apartment to Funchal center. Also they are providing free Car parking bay just for you. They have open dining area and 2 different balconies one from the living room and other from the main bedroom with two sun beds and a swing. The guy who was there for us (Pedro)to show the apartment on our arrival was so nice and explained many things about Madeira and even given us lots of tips about nice restaurants to have dinners, drinks etc.. Highly recommended this apartment ❤️

Bardzo przestronny, świetnie wyposażony apartament o ciekawym układzie pomieszczeń. Naszym ulubionym miejscem w mieszkaniu był stół w kuchni z widokiem na ocean. Bardzo pomocny i zaangażowany zespół obsługujący rezerwacje. Do tego szerokie, wygodne miejsce w garażu. Miły był też upominek powitalny.

Basen nas nie urzekł. Na minus też brak możliwości bezkontaktowego zameldowania, ale i tak oceniam ten apartament bardzo dobrze i chętnie bym do niego wróciła.

De bank in de woonkamer is een slaapbank, wij vonden hem niet fijn als zitbank. Het tuinmeubilair kwam helaas niet overeen met de foto’s op de site. Het bleek een gietijzeren tuinset wat alles behalve comfortabel zat. Dus in de tijd die wij er waren hebben we zowel buiten als binnen niet lekker en gezellig kunnen zitten. Dat vonden we echt een minpunt. Verder was er onduidelijkheid over het verkrijgen van nieuwe handdoeken en bedlinnen. Is uiteindelijk opgepakt, maar wij vonden het vervelend dat je 48uur vantevoren aan moet vragen en als je dat dan aangeeft graag iedere 2 dagen te willen dan zou je extra kosten moeten betalen. Zou fijn zijn als dit bij boeken duidelijk wordt gecommuniceerd

There was an air condition but did not need it.

It is not already new as stated. Some things alread need to be replaced. For the money paid basic things were missed: paper towel in the kitchen, tea, coffee, sugar, baking paper, showergell in the bathroom, a glass for toothbrush. Bed was not convinient. If you want to sleep with fresh air and keep opened windows then it is quite noisy frow outside because of the road. Sofa in the living room looked like if you sit on it may break down. Maybe something was not assembled correctly after sleep. Sunbed was not clean that did not want to sitdown. There was a sunroof in the balcony but no instructions how it works. Before this place we stayed in another cheaper place, had all the house and all the mentioned missed basic things.

Location was good

We had a lot of ants. This destroyed some food like bread and chips we had but they did try to spread some powder around after emailing. This did not seem to help in our time frame.
