Giannis and Aristi's House

Lovely apartment to stay in Kavala, with a nice terrace and convenient location. The owner, Manolis, was incredibly keen on helping in any situation. Really recommended!

Excellent place to stay in Kavala, not luxurious but very cozy. It's 5-10 minutes walking to the central part of the town, has nice view from the terrace. The host is very friendly. We know where to stay next time in Kavala.

Not exactly a negative, but just for attention - if you have a big car beware of the the tiny streets to reach the house.

Place has got Awesome view, silence, cossy and traditional vibes.

İf you got a good view you climb stairs. No pain no gain. But the house owner could point for you a nearest park spot. This is a nice trick to escape the pain part.

Very nicely furnished, nice helpful host

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. It was lovely and warm (it was December!). There's a balcony with a nice view over the rooftops to the sea. The beds were comfortable and the area is quiet so we had good sleep in the 2 nights we stayed. Our host, Manolis, met us at the bus station and was very understanding when our bus was delayed. He explained how everything worked in the apartment. Tea and coffee provided and treats in the fridge (including beer, Coca Cola and chocolate Santas!). Very good host. It's a short walk to the apartment from the bay, but it is uphill - no issue if you don't have any mobility issues. Supermarkets and the town centre are very close by. Had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again.

I think in time it would be nice to improve the shower. Water is lovely and hot but it's a little dated. It's only a small thing and I would definitely stay again.
